Natural Remedies for Hair Loss

There are different causes of hair loss. Most women experience a lot of hair loss after childbirth, and many men go bald in middle age. Hair loss or baldness can be the result of heredity, underlying medical condition, and even certain medications.

Due to hormonal changes, damage or irritation of some hair follicles tend to have a shorter growth phase and produce thinner, shorter hair shafts. The hair goes through a cycle of growth and rest. During each cycle varying with different individuals. However, as a rule the growth period or phase of scalp hair, known as anagen, lasts 2-3 years classic.

During this period, the hair grows around1 centimeter a month. Then the rest phase is initiated. This resting phase is called telogen. The telogen phase lasts about 3-4 months. When you finish the rest phase, the hair falls out and new one begins to grow in its place, ie, anagen (growth phase) starts from this line of new hair.

In the normal case for most people shed 50 to 100 hairs in a day. We have about 100,000 hairs on our scalp, so that the fall of, say 100 hairs a day does not cause us to go bald. However, in extreme cases, due to various factors, shedding begins rate than the rate of re-growth, then it can lead to thinning hair or even baldness.

With age, it is natural that our hair to fade gradually. But there is a way we can make this process slow, or if hair loss is not due to aging, but other factors, can be stopped naturally?

Yes, there are different home remedies which can be very beneficial to prevent or stop premature hair loss. Some of them are listed below:

Fenugreek seeds
Soak fenugreek seeds for several hours. Make a paste of seeds, by adding a little water. Hair oil, preferably with warm coconut oil and then apply this paste on hair roots very well. Leave on for at least an hour and wash. Repeat this process for at least a month. This is a very effective remedy against hair loss.

All resources are available in our kitchen, whether it is necessary to tighten the skin's natural resources, or anti hair loss. They are not only profitable but harmless natural, therefore.

How To Wash Your Hair Properly?

You may not know this, but learning how to properly wash your hair is going to have a tremendous impact on the bounce and brilliance of your locks.
While most big name hairdressers recommend about a five minute wash three to four times a week, I'm willing to bet that most of you do something more like a one minute wash max.
Balvir Dhillon and other girls believe that healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp and requires proper maintenance. They are all also huge believers in the cool rinse! If you want to learn more about what I mean, read more
  • Step 1: Begin by brushing your hair before you get into the shower. Not only with this help reduce the amount of hairs that get caught in your drain, but it will also reduce breakage as well as stimulate circulation going in your scalp.

  • Step 2: Wet your hair thoroughly and apply a quarter sized dollop of shampoo to the palm of your hand. Start by lathering hair at the roots and working your way down.

  • Step 3: If you hair is long you might need to add some more shampoo to your lengths. Once you think your hair is fully lathered and you are ready to rinse, think again. Start giving yourself a good two minute scalp massage with your fingertips.Gently massage your head in circular motions and lift hair from time to time from the roots. After about every 20 seconds, add just a little bit more water to your hands and work it into your hair. What you are doing is emulsifying your shampoo so that it can reach it's potential and improving circulation in your scalp.

  • Step 4: Now comes the time to rinse away all of the grimy residue in your hair that you didn't even know could accumulate so quickly. Yes it's true, your hair does need some oils—but natural oils, not the ones that leave a lackluster buildup from styling products.
To begin, set your water to more of a lukewarm temperature and rinse your hair out until it starts to squeak! Lastly, for shiny, bright and smooth hair, close the cuticles by rinsing with cool water.
