Best Natural Daily Skin Regimine for all Skin Types (sensitive, aging, dry, oily, rosacea & combination)

Every day our Aestheticians recommend a 3 Step Daily Skin Regime using Ilike Organic Skin Care products.

Twice per Day, a.m. & p.m.

To maintain the health and vitality of your skin follow our easy 3-step daily regime:
.............................................................................................................................................
Step 1: Cleansing.

Cleansers remove make-up and environmental impurities from the surface of the skin. Cleansing milks from ilike organic skin care not only clean your skin but also hydrate, revitalize and invigorate leaving a radiant, silky and healthy complexion.

Directions: Apply a small amount of cleanser suited to your skin type over entire face and neck area and massage it in gently for 30-60 seconds moving your fingertips in circular motions, then wipe off with damp face towel or cotton pad. Use it daily as the first step of your skin care regime, followed by a refreshing toner.

Cleansing Concentrates
from ilike organic skin care soften and remove dead skin cells, which enables the skin to self-purify and allows more effective absorption of other skin care products. Cleansing concentrates provide a gentle and convenient daily exfoliation as part of a daily skin regime and are especially effective for specific skin conditions.
.............................................................................................................................................
Step 2: Toning.

Toners refresh and balance the skin and remove excess impurities. The toners of ilike organic skin care contain organic herbal extracts that balance the skin's natural pH level while revitalizing the skin with vitamins and minerals.

Directions: Apply toner over entire cleansed skin surface with a cotton pad and leave on. Use twice a day after cleansing or mask to remove excess products, or anytime your skin needs to be refreshed. Finish with serum and moisturizer.
.............................................................................................................................................
Step 3: Moisturizing.

Rich Moisturizers are created with very high herbal oil content for the treatment of oil deficient skin.

Directions: Apply a thin layer of moisturizer over entire face and neck area after cleansing and toning skin. Enrich moisturizer with one of our serums or oil concentrates to achieve an even more radiant complexion. Use it as a final step of your daily regime in the morning and the evening or use as otherwise directed. Moisturizers and rich moisturizers may be used as night creams for most skin types. Rich moisturizers are suitable to reduce the appearance of fine lines (eg. around the eye area) or treat lack of elasticity, and even prevent stretch marks (eg. during pregnancy).

Foods that Help Slow Down The Aging Process

Food and Detox Diets: The latest Fountain of Youth.

Detox diets help the body eliminate the toxins in the body that can help fight the aging process. Aging is more than simply growing older. Many of the signs of aging are caused by unstable molecures called free radicals. They are produced in response to smoking, UVA/UVB rays in sunlight and even plution.. They can damage any part of our cells, proteins, fats and even our DNA. Potential problem arise from increased free radicals. Wrinkles and heart disease is caused in part by free radicals.

As we grow older, this free radical damage builds up causing our bodies and our minds to deteriorate.
In optimal help, our body produces antioxidants to help neutralize and mop up free radicals. This is where antioxidants in food may help reduce the aging process.

The best anti-aging and rich free radical fighting antioxidant rich foods:

Cranberries, blueberries, and blackberries were ranked highest among the fruits studied. Beans, artichokes, and Russet potatoes were tops among the vegetables.

Pecans, walnuts, and hazelnuts were the winners in the nut category, and ground cloves, cinnamon, and oregano were the top three antioxidant-rich spices.

Researchers also found that cooking method also had a significant effect on the antioxidant content of the foods tested, but those effects were not consistent.

"What we're discovering is that we only know about a thimbleful of all the antioxidants that are probably within foods," says Grotto, who is also a spokesman for the American Dietetic Association. "What's unique about eating foods vs. supplements is that there is always more bang for the buck in eating the foods, and you get a lot of those compounds that we really don't fully understand the benefits of yet."

  • Grotto recommends the following tips to incorporate more antioxidant-rich foods into your diet:
  • Make bean cubes. Process leftover beans with a little vegetable broth in a food processor until it forms a thin paste. Pour into ice cube trays, and then use the frozen cubes to thicken soups and sauces.
  • Substitute beans for meats. Most recipes that call for ground or cubed meats, such as stews and casseroles, also work with beans like lentils, chickpeas, or black beans in the starring role.
  • Be berry sneaky. Toss a handful of berries on your breakfast cereal or blend them into fruit smoothies for a healthy breakfast or snack.
