Benefits of Green Coffee Bean Supplement as a Metabolic Fat Burner featured on Dr. Oz and available at Healthy Being Wellness Center in St Pete FL

Green Coffee Bean: A Fat Burner & Weight Loss Supplement?

We've received lots of requests lately for Green Coffee Bean based supplements and inquiries about the benefits of green coffee beans as it specifically relates to weight loss as a thermogenic, fat burner.

Green Coffee Beans are known to regulate adiponectin, a hormone that causes your body to boost metabolism. In turn, the fat within your cells gets broken up more effectively, helping your body burn fat faster and more efficiently.

There are several things I don't recommend, but green coffee bean impacts the central nervous system differently than other fat boosters and metabolic enhancers and I've seen some great results with my clients who seek nutritional counseling for weight loss.

Leading health experts like Dr. Oz and other medical leaders are supporting this product.  One of the amazing natural ways green coffee been works if via the active ingredient, chlorogenic acid, which works to inhibit the release of glucose in the body and increases the metabolic process in the liver.

So many of my clients are in a pre-diabetic state and often are suffering from metabolic syndrome x.... a condition with a greatly impaired metabolic process.  Any way we can naturally and healthfully boost the metabolic process. We often need to access their hormone levels to identify the extent of metabolic syndrome.

What is metabolic syndrome?

Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions — increased blood pressure, a high blood sugar level, excess body fat around the waist or abnormal cholesterol levels — that occur together, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

What are the symptoms?

Having metabolic syndrome means you have three or more disorders related to your metabolism at the same time, including:
  • Obesity, with your body fat concentrated around your waist (having an "apple shape"). For a metabolic syndrome diagnosis, obesity is defined by having a waist circumference of 40 inches (102 centimeters or cm) or more for men and 35 inches (89 cm) or more for women, although waist circumference cutoff points can vary by race.
  • Increased blood pressure, meaning a systolic (top number) blood pressure measurement of 130 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or more or a diastolic (bottom number) blood pressure measurement of 85 mm Hg or more.
  • High blood sugar level, with a fasting blood glucose test result of 100 milligrams/deciliter (mg/dL), or 5.6 millimoles per liter (mmol/L), or more.
  • High cholesterol, with a level of the blood fat called triglycerides of 150 mg/dL, (1.7 millimoles/liter or mmol/L) or more and a level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol — the "good" cholesterol — of less than 40 mg/dL (1.04 mmol/L) for men or 50 mg/dL (1.3 mmol/L) for women.
The most recent study on Green Coffee Bean published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity journal followed a group of 16 adults who supplemented with Green Coffee Extract for 12 weeks. Over the course of the study, the subjects lost an average of 17 pounds each – this was 10 percent of their overall body weight and 16 percent of their overall body fat!

If you think you might be a great candidate or are seeking a way to burn a few extra pounds, I don't think there would be any harm in giving Green Coffee Bean a whirl.  Healthy Being Wellness Center in St. Petersburg Florida carries an assortment of natural herbs, vitamins and green coffee bean supplements.
