A study says that stroke is the third leading reason to kill people in United States. Can we avoid stroke? Yes off course! Knows reasons of strokes are smoking, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. A study says, if one takes 25 to 30 grams of fibre in your diet, it can keep the strokes away from a person. The results of the study were concluded when people who received strokes where asked about the food they had withing 24 hours of receiving the stoke and there lifestyle was studied. It was also found that fish oil doesn't reduce the risk of the stroke directly. However it improves the cardiovascular condition of a person, thus indirectly reducing the risk of stroke.
