Is your child overweight? Do you want your child to loose weight? You will get straightforward and simple answers to all these questions in this post. A child is overweight and is the reason for him being inactive. However a lot of us try to interpret it the other way round. We tend to think that a child's inactivity or lack of physical activity results in the the child becoming overweight.
A child's weight should be controlled through balanced diet. Give your child a healthy diet. Make sure there is no excessive calorie intake. See that they don't eat the junk food. There are some steps which must be taken by government as well like the France has taken up. eg.
1) Stop showing junk food advertisements during children programmers on TV.
2) Schools must ban the chocolate bars in Tiffin.
3) Remove the vending machines from the school.
Final advice is one should keep a close watch so as the child does not get fats through any other means. A healthy diet is the most efficient and cost effect way to get the weight of the child under control for lifelong.
