Aromatherapy With  Essential Oils 
Aromatherapy - the therapeutic use of essential oils  is a widely acknowledged, effective way to relieve stress, and the inhalation of certain vaporised essential oils has been shown by research to have immediate stress-relieving effects, raising mood, reducing anxiety and aiding focus and concentration.

Basil 
Basil essential oil, derived from the leaves of the herb, is usually very pale yellow in colour and has a fresh sweet but spicy, aniseed aroma. It is useful in cases of mental and intellectual fatigue, negativity or burn-out and helps improve concentration, clarity and enthusiasm. Basil is great also as an anti-oxidant as is Rosemary. They both will act as systemic anti-oxidants and work for 90 minutes after they are applied on the skin. There is not a better way to take an anti-oxidant -its so systemic it’s very economical. Sweet Basil mainly is a stress remedy.

Cedarwood 
Cedarwood essential oil is amber in colour and is extracted from the wood of the cedar tree. It aids focus, concentration, strength of purpose and stability, and is particularly useful against mental strain, worry and anxiety.

Cinnamon 
Cinnamon essential oil is obtained from the bark of the cinnamon tree, and has a warm, sweet and spicy aroma. Pale amber in colour, this oil invigorates and aids positivity, helping fight stress and fatigue.It is a great oil to use in your airspace - it can be safely used this way to kill bacteria and fungus in the air. Don’t touch it directly.


Clary Sage
Clary Sage is a powerful euphoric (consume it with a little beer) it’s a great anti-spasmodic also.Good for menopausal symptoms because its good for mood swings. Its famous for perfumes today because of a compound called scleriol, which is like ambergris (from whales). A very safe oil.

Clove oil.
The bacteria really causes pain. Use for toothaches (clove oil).

Eucalyptus 
Eucalyptus oil is colourless and its aroma is head-clearing and cooling. The oil is extracted from the leaves and young twigs of the tree. Eucalyptus is used to combat confusion, sluggishness and restlessness, and aids confidence, balance, enthusiasm, vitality, creativity, regeneration and understanding. Lemon Eucalyptus is a species of Eucalyptus(Eucalyptus Citriadora) is the best oil as a mosquito and bug repellant

Grapefruit 
Grapefruit is pale yellow in colour and has a fresh citrus aroma. The oil is extracted from the fresh peel of the fruit. Grapefruit oil is a mental stimulator and can be used to counteract mental pressure/exhaustion and frustration, and improve clarity, balance, positivity and inspiration.

Lavender 
Lavender is a very versatile oil and has been used for healing purposes since ancient times. Extracted from the flowering tops of the plant, this usually colourless/pale yellow oil with a sweet floral aroma is particularly useful in stressful situations as it has been shown to reduce levels of anxiety, depression and fatigue. It also aids clarity, balance, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Lemongrass
Lemongrass is yellow in colour with a lemony aroma. Obtained from fresh and partially dried grass, the oil helps reduce stress and panic, and improves concentration and focus.

Orange
Orange essential oil, like grapefruit essential oil, is extracted from the peel of the fruit. Pale yellow in colour, the oil has a sweet and refreshing aroma, and provides mental stimulation, helping to fight apathy, anxiety and burn-out.

Pine
Extracted from pine needles, this essential oil is colourless to pale yellow with a strong refreshing aroma. Pine essential oil is good for combating stress and a lack of confidence, providing assurance and balance.

Rosemary 
Rosemary is a colourless to pale yellow oil extracted from the flowering tops of the herb. A refreshing aroma with woody undertones, it aids energy, creativity, clarity and concentration. It is useful in cases of strain, overwork, fatigue, sluggishness and lethargy.For the best effects, it is advisable to buy pure essential oils; products containing synthetic ingredients will not provide the same degree of benefit.It is the most effective anti-oxidant we have along with sweet basil oil and a good anti-microbial on the skin - it’s a little irritating on the skin dilute it a bit first.

Frankincense for Hope
This tree resin was once literally worth its weight in gold because of its many medicinal effects. The sweet and unique aroma of frankincense provides a sense of calming and hopefulness, similar to the feelings left by rosemary oil. Perfect for when grief, depression or disappointment cause you to lose sight of realism.

Lemon for Renewal
Lemon aromatherapy can be a wonderful solution when you feel a need to simply cleanse your mind and "start over" after a bad day or week.

German Chamomile
German Chamomile is a fantastic anti-inflammatory. Arthritis, Tendonitis, - Tim uses it every day and blends it with wintergreen oil which is a good analgesic. Chamomile is the best anti-inflammatory oil there is.


Jasmine
Jasmine is one of the most soothing oils there is. If you are stressed out - just the smell of Jasmine will have a greater effect on lowering your stress level than any other oil. Applied topically it may have an even greater effect. Jasmine is very relaxing - the scent alone will cause you to relax. It has been found to prevent seizures in epileptics.

Myrrh
Myrrh -  is a great anti-microbial and good for the gums.

Noroli 
Noroli - a good anti-depressant

Orange Oil
Orange Oil helps people work harder

Palmarosa
Palmarosa - great for acne - it’s the perfect essential oil for the skin (acne to dry skin)  Its great for mosquitoes.

Peppermint Oil
Peppermint Oil is the single best gargling oil -it leaves your mouth refreshed and kills bacteria.

Rosewood 
Rosewood is the highest oil in linolole a very relaxing oil. The Brazilian government is working to protect the tree. They have a GPS co-ordination of every tree. Harvesting has to be regulated.

Rose
Rose -absolute - its great for damaged skin – ultra irritated areas.  It is soothing and calming, it has been found to lower high blood pressure and its very safe.

Sandalwood
Sandalwood is way underutilized (it is very expensive). It will stop herpes from spreading. It is an incredible anti-fungal agent also.It’s a good anti-bacterial agent.

Other essential oils:
Australian Blue Cypress - insect bites anti-spasmodic
Carrot Seed is a specific for dry skin-(it is a very interesting scent)
Geranium - anti-stress
Mandarin Orange - its relaxing and an anti-spasmodic
Orange Bergamot - very calming, soothing and anti-depressant. Australian Blue
Rosewood -Its loaded with the same thing lavender has and it’s very healing to the skin.
Wintergreen - used for osteoarthritis
Ylang Ylang - Jasmine - Cardamin - a love blend
