Nowadays, lack of physical activities in our daily life, is one of the major reason which leads to major as well as minor health issues. Our body, being a physical entity is designed and destined to perform physical activities. But the problem is that we are using our body as a mechanical tool to enjoy and amuse ourselves.
Our daily routine is somehow suppressing the natural development of our body which is causing a number of health problems like Overweight, lack of sleep & Heart problems. We must add some physical activities in our everyday life to preserve physical health and fitness.
The importance of a Balanced Diet cannot be ignored. A balanced diet enables us to meet daily nutritional needs and enjoy a higher overall quality of life. Furthermore, it provides natural disease anticipation, controlling body weight and proper sleep.
Well, social structure of your life plays vital role to originate the Personal health. The strong social relationships are very much responsible for good health conditions, long life, efficiency, and a positive attitude because it has been observed that an optimistic social interaction is a major reason to increase many chemical levels in the brain which are connected to personality and intelligence aspects.
Hygiene is process to keep the body clean and avoid infection and illness. The practice basically includes brushing teeth, bathing, washing hands before and after eating, cleaning food utensils and floor. Sleep is indispensable to attain a good health as it rejuvenates the body and the mind.
Sleep provides an opportunity to the body cells to remove waste or repair cells. It basically is a periodic loss of consciousness which takes place to insure a revival period from exhaustion. Moreover, taking regular sleep every night, you will feel and also be able to work better.
