Cannot Stop Overeating ? Think Again

YWhenever you see delicious food in restaurants or at any fast-food shop why is it almost impossible for you to stop yourself from overeating it ?
Well, don't feel embarrass because that's the case with most of us. But it's quite natural too because the food not only is delicious but also less expensive.

Anyone can buy it and once you start eating, it becomes very difficult to stop yourself from overeating it! 
No one would want to leave a half burger or a pizza on the table! Naah, I would not?


Well there are some very interesting facts about overeating that a person doesn't know .

The three keywords behind overeating issue are Fat, Sugar and Salt. If a food is rich in sugar, fat and salt you will be forced to overeat it without even knowing it. Scientific studies have shown that you will eat more if a food is rich in sugar, fat and salt and which surely can leads to weight increase.  When you eat this kind of food the salt stimulates your brain and thus the mind reacts naturally telling you to continue eating even if you are done.
