Stay Healthy Stay Fit

As we can see winter is coming with its full force, so it’s very important to stay healthy and fit during these times. This is the peak time to build up your immune system and body strength both to take full joy of winters. Don’t allow the hectic schedule of your metropolitan life’s to take a toll on your health because there is a very good saying “Health is Wealth “and it is very true! Isn’t it? It’s up to you only how you keep yourself fit in today’s fast paced life.

There are some simple rules that you have to follow if you want to stay fit.

1)      The first thing and the most important one is Proper food or Balanced Diet:  Most people fall sick because they are not very conscious about their food, especially people working in offices. This is where things start to get wrong! It is very important to have proper vitamins and minerals in your diet.

2)      The proper intake of vitamins, minerals and protein boosts up your immune system and protects you against common diseases like common cold. In order to take a balanced diet includes green vegetables and fruits in your daily diet and you will feel the difference. Try to keep yourself away from junk food because it’s surely is delicious but not Nutritious!


3)      Good sleep after a complete day of work is also very necessary to keep yourself away from stress. Stress is the biggest enemy of human because it weakens your immune system to some extent and affects badly on your health.

4)      Regular exercise is also very important to make your body fit and sound. 20 to 30 minutes of regular exercise are enough to keep you healthy and fit. Now exercise word itself is somewhat misunderstood by most of people, they think exercise means getting memberships in costly gym’s and spa’s! This is where most of them are wrong. Exercise doesn’t mean that you have to join gym. You can do simple exercises at home very easily to keep yourself fit. The most effective ones are jogging, cycling and swimming. All of these exercises are very good for a healthy heart.

5)      If you are not comfortable with doing these exercises there is one prime option of doing yoga. Yoga works for your whole body from your mind to your heart. It makes your body fit and flexible. Yoga can also increase your immune system and sharpen your sense.
