What Kind of Perfumes Should I Wear in Winter?

When asked what kind of perfume that I wear in winter, the real issue is that odors evoke the scents of the season and mood. In summer, light fragrance always demand for memories of warm days at the beach enjoying the sun and water. The fragrances are fruity and reminiscent of flowers of spring and summer.

Winter perfumes, however, tend to be a little heavier and evoke images of autumn and cold winter days soft. Instead of remembering when they were lying on the beach, consider taking a long walk through the fallen leaves or huddle in a shelter.

In the winter, most people use more and heavier clothing. Unlike the spring and summer, there is as much exposed skin. Perfume spent in the winter should be able to overcome are mostly covered with clothing, and that is one reason smells tend to be a little stronger. The scent of musk is a great example of a heavy scent more appropriate for winter than in summer.

winter perfumes have scents that reflect the smells of the holidays and cold winter days as well. For example, odors have a way to remind the user woody or holiday dessert made with vanilla beans. winter perfumes are usually worn low so the smell is not overwhelming. A smell of perfume in winter should be a subtle flavor that makes the user think of the sensual heat.
