According to the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), Sleep is really important for a person’s health and happiness, but it has been frequently noticed that millions of people are not taking enough sleep and suffering from Insomnia.
In fact, surveys conducted by the NSF reveal that an average person spends for 26 years of his life asleep.
This article explains why, after a sound night sleep, you feel fresh, your brain and its thoughts are clearer, and your emotions are firm and less delicate. Without a proper sleep, decision, temper, and aptitude to learn and hang on to information are diluted.
