Natural Remedies for Hair Loss

There are different causes of hair loss. Most women experience a lot of hair loss after childbirth, and many men go bald in middle age. Hair loss or baldness can be the result of heredity, underlying medical condition, and even certain medications.

Due to hormonal changes, damage or irritation of some hair follicles tend to have a shorter growth phase and produce thinner, shorter hair shafts. The hair goes through a cycle of growth and rest. During each cycle varying with different individuals. However, as a rule the growth period or phase of scalp hair, known as anagen, lasts 2-3 years classic.

During this period, the hair grows around1 centimeter a month. Then the rest phase is initiated. This resting phase is called telogen. The telogen phase lasts about 3-4 months. When you finish the rest phase, the hair falls out and new one begins to grow in its place, ie, anagen (growth phase) starts from this line of new hair.

In the normal case for most people shed 50 to 100 hairs in a day. We have about 100,000 hairs on our scalp, so that the fall of, say 100 hairs a day does not cause us to go bald. Yes, there are different home remedies which can be very beneficial to prevent or stop premature hair loss. Some of them are listed below:

Gooseberry and Coconut Oil Remedy
Take some pieces of gooseberry, and boiled in pure coconut oil. Oil strainer, and storing the oil in a glass container. Apply this oil daily on your scalp, massaging it with his fingers in a circular motion. This is a very effective remedy for baldness or hair loss.


Coconut oil and lemon juice
Daily application of coconut oil mixed with lime juice or lemon juice can prevent hair loss, while facilitating the dandruff.


Black gram and fenugreek
Cook and enjoy black gram fenugreek seeds for several hours. Now combine the two and make a paste of the mixture. Apply the paste from root to the tips of the hair and after some time you shampoo your hair with a chemical-free shampoo. This not only stop hair loss, but also lengthen the hair.


Fenugreek seeds
Soak fenugreek seeds for several hours. Make a paste of seeds, by adding a little water. Hair oil, preferably with warm coconut oil and then apply this paste on hair roots very well. Leave on for at least an hour and wash. Repeat this process for at least a month. This is a very effective remedy against hair loss.


Licorice
Take a piece of licorice. Blend in milk paste use, and also add a pinch of saffron. The application of this pasta a day stimulates hair growth.


Shana Seeds
Take Shana seed powder and mix with a few drops of essential oil. You can use sesame oil or coconut oil. Regularly apply this paste on the scalp. This is another very effective remedy against hair loss.


We spend so much money for the purchase of chemicals that shows the false hope of stopping our aging process or to do something great for our body and hair, but as a matter of fact, all these are toxic to our body. All resources are available in our kitchen, whether it is necessary to tighten the skin's natural resources, or anti hair loss. They are not only profitable but harmless natural, therefore.
