6 Tips on Hand Skin Care in Winter …

1. Use gloves ...
The skin on our hands is fine, delicate, and often dry, which is why it is the first to suffer from cold winds, frosts and hot dry air inside our apartments. The protection of the hands most important elements of winter is as simple as wearing gloves!

2. Humidify the air ...

5. Apply masks homemade hand ...
A few drops of lemon juice applied to the hands after washing is a good way to add moisture and essential vitamins for the skin and restore its pH balance. As an emergency hand mask, use a mixture of 1 tablespoon glycerin 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 egg yolk, 1 egg, and several ounces of rose water. Another miraculous hand mask can be made by mixing the humble boiled potatoes and milk.

6. Pamper your hands ...
Once a week, pamper your hands with a herbal bath or massage with herbal oil. For a bath, use of nettle, sage, calendula, chamomile or water vapor. Soak your hands in the beer chilled for 10-15 minutes, dry thoroughly and apply a rich cream. For massage, use almond oil with few drops of essential oil of rosemary.
