Pregnancy before marriageis considered a social evil destructive so the U.S. government has intervened, decided to restrict this sad phenomenon. The number of births outside of marriage is gradually decreasing - thanks to the efforts of government and the community - but there are a number of teens are getting pregnant without benefit of marriage not only in America but also in other parts of the world. The representation of the possibility of pregnancy in marriage has been spectacular, and when we hear about strong young women with a child without a partner to help raise the child future, our hearts are with them. It is like feeding children's children. It is not just a girl barely out of adolescence to bear a child who has to care for the next 18 years. At least hopefully will have the necessary resources and support systems to see through this stage of his life.
A pregnant teenager who is not married also suggests the kind of future we will have - as their dreams and career aspirations will be delegated to the background for several years until the child begins to attend school.

A society is based on the various communities to ensure that children are allowed to develop mentally and emotionally to become productive citizens. In turn, the communities depend on each family to ensure that children are well fed, nourished, educated and trained for life. Part of that education and training should include prevention of pregnancy, while still not married.
In October 2001, an article by Isabel V. Sawhill was published on the website of the Brookings Institution, Division of Social Policy, addressed this issue. The Brookings Institution is a prestigious think tank that works to solve social problems of the country. Ms. Sawhill said, "Almost everyone is in favor of reducing teen pregnancy ... teen pregnancy and birth rates have declined during the decade of 1990, which in turn has contributed to the stabilization of the proportion of all children born to unmarried mothers. When Congress reauthorizes the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reform Act in 2002, is built on this success, providing additional funds for efforts to prevent teen pregnancy, maintaining the emphasis on work and child support enforcement . "
That is a difficult task coming from a private citizen. Lest we forget, governments have problems to deal with others as well. Reduce pregnancy outside of marriage should be an individual responsibility and each family must do their part to protect the offspring.
